EIM 440 Entrepreneurship & New Venture Creation

This course is scheduled for Fall semesters. I use a case-based approach, with an emphasis on the process of creating and starting new ventures. It is designed to help students recognize and evaluate the feasibility of potential business opportunities. Students develop a preliminary Business Plan. Please contact me to request a syllabus.

MGT 541 Organizational Behavior

This is a MBA course. I typically teach it in the NetPlus or Hyflex mode in the Winter session, and in the online mode in the Fall semester. Please contact me to request a syllabus.

MGT 548 Leading Organizational Change

This is a MBA elective offered in the summer NetPlus session and is part of the Organizational Leadership Concentration.  This course analyzes the forces that motivate people and organizations to change. It examines resistance to change and explores a range of approaches to enhance the effectiveness of change agents.  We will learn theories and models of change, assess current organizational practices, and explore the role of leadership in bringing about change. The course focuses on understanding change processes and providing practical tools for managing and leading change.
